ABOUT US
INSPIRING DOTS
Through technology and design,
we redefine what cities can become.
We draw the big picture,
connect dots across disciplines,
and from there,
co-creation begins.
01Draw the whole future,
then turn it into the force for co-creation.
Point solutions in technology alone cannot solve society's essential challenges. We first draw the whole future we want to reach, the big picture, then reconnect the technologies, ideas, people, and places needed to create meaningful impact.

Build cities where people
can follow their curiosity.
We imagine a world where technology and design work together to solve urban challenges and improve quality of life. At its center is a city where everyone can be honest about their curiosity and express it freely.
03Our mission is to
innovate human experience.
On this planet and far beyond it.
From everyday life to journeys into the unknown reaches of space, we evolve daily life, the future, and human stories through innovation, creativity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Five Principles
Connect Society Through Narrative
Connect through Narrative
Technology, institutions, cities, and people become meaningfully connected when a story lives within them.
Unleash Curiosity
Unleash Curiosity
Ask better questions, look toward unseen possibilities, and revisit society with a flexible eye beyond convention.
Cross Boundaries and Mix
Cross & Mix
Cross disciplinary borders, blend different perspectives, and create futures that no one could reach alone.
Keep Experimenting
Iterate & Experiment
Move through prototypes rather than searching for one fixed answer. Do not fear change; make it.
The Future Lives in the Margins
Embrace the Margin
Leave room beyond efficiency and polish. That open space is where the energy to move the future often sleeps.
Founder Message

Ken Shigematsu
Ken Shigematsu
CEO / Founder
“Urban design is not simply about beauty.
It is a solution to social challenges.”
Based in New York, Ken has spent more than two decades working in urban planning and architectural design across 12 countries. By focusing design on lived experience, he has brought cities to life and built foundations for the next generation of challengers.
Along the way, we learned that cities and architecture alone cannot answer society's complex challenges. That is why we use narrative and design to connect cities, people, and technology, creating new meaning and impact for society.
